Shipping Policy

At Gentlemen’s Outfitters, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S., if available): 1–3 business days after shipment

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and shipping method chosen.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Gentlemen’s Outfitters is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Gentlemen’s Outfitters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
